If you want a quick one, then get +5 Ki, +5 Stamina and +5 Attack Stat on a QQ Bang. In PvP, anything goes if you're smart enough. In PvE, I don't think the others truly exist. Super Saiyan if you go Strike, Super Vegeta if you go Ki Blast, SSGSS if you are willing to maintain Ki and want the most damage possible. Divinity Unleashed for Majins, Earthling and Namekians. Counters, quick attacks, combo starters - you get the idea. Note that those can work in PvP, but you might need a bit more diversity.
Personally, big fan of Divine Retribution and Eagle Kick (the latter for quick cash-ins). Strike has a bit of an issue here - there's not many that I've seen running around in PvE. Crazy Finger Shot as well if you're willing to spend Ki and don't run Emperor's Death Beam. Maaaaaybe Frieza's meteor Ultimate if you're feeling like range / go Expert Missions.Īs for Supers, Perfect Shot is probably up there for Ki Blast. For Strike, I think the most "meta" you can get in PvE is Justice Combination, Spirit Sword and Dragon Fist. When it comes to "PvE Meta" moves, I think for Ki Blasters, it's Emperor's Death Beam with 10 Ki (pack 125 Ki points or Meditation), Divine Wrath: Purification, Supernova Cooler and / or Revenge Death Ball.
Namekian has a lot of Basic Attack from what I notice, but I don't play them enough to know for sure. Kind of the same thing like F Majin there. Viable if you don't get Ki restoring Supers / Souls. Can take a mix of Basic + Ki Blast or Strike, or all three. F Saiyan wants that too (not sure if max, at least close to it), but definitely wants Ki Blast maxed as well. F Earthling wants the same, but instead of Strikes, go Ki Blast instead.
Their passive gives them more damage when at Full Ki - plan accordingly. M Earthling wants Strike or Basic Attack (or both) maxed. If you wanted to go with what makes the races strong in terms of numbers, then. PvP and PvE alike, some people prefer some health for survival even with capsules, others go glass cannon, again others (like me) prefer a Support-style build.
Here's the thing: That kinda build doesn't universely exist.
